Out of an “excited utterance,” I publicly referred to Dr. Leonard Fulani as “a whore” I was simply describing her public comment. There was no ill intent but Dr. Fulani never got over the comment. My conclusion: A “hit dog will holler.” Dr. Fulani is associated with Fred Newman and Rev. Al Sharpton and the New Alliance Party.
“Pimps and whores” have historical and financial accounts in early New York. This is the Welfare State’s “rap sheet.” Conditions were difficult in early New York. The international slave trade would have been impossible without an understanding of accounting. Investors needed an assurance that their investments and ass[ets] would be safe.
Since 1974, I have seen this rise and the predicted fall of Donald J. Trump. People talk about Queens but they never talk about its historical roots in the British Empire. With President Trump, you must have a weekly plan. He is like the way that Malcolm X described James Baldwin on August 28, 1963. Anything may come out of his mouth.
My weekly plan, for the week of January 8, 2017, included the Manhattan Trump and Tenant Court for “a show of force.” I publicized President Trump’s forecast. For the week, I was simply censored, except for a podcast: “Leid Stories.” A white man owns the podcast. He only has a commercial interest in “Leid Stories.”
I am unable to be in two places at the same time. Therefore, I chose to defy a travel ban and my right to earn a living and put my pennies on Dr. Martin L. King, Jr.’s “I Have a Dream.” Aaron is absent in UAM’s chain of command. Aaron was Moses mouthpiece. Evidence shows that I am surrounded by “deadbeats and saboteurs.”
I am the “leading lawyer” not simply in New York but in the United States. The Washington Post never referred to Justice Thurgood Marshall as “Mr. Civil Rights in the Courtroom.” On Mother’s Day, 1987, this prestigious newspaper referred to me with this label: “Mr. Civil Rights in the Courtroom.” Thus, Brown v. Board of Education is suspect.
“To Kill a Mocking Bird” became real in People v. Booker Briggs, when a Staten Island court clerk told me over dinner ,that I was as good as Roy Cohn. There is an account of my legal skills in the Staten Island Advance. Despite Briggs’ innocence, Justice Lentol was the “hanging judge” and Richmond County District Attorney Sullivan, himself, was my actual adversary. This was 1976.
,
Booker Briggs, was an ex-con, and on parole, and was “shacking up” with an influential white woman. Briggs was charged with committing a “horrific murder.” The victim was the mother of a member of the New York Police Department. Mostly, everyone in New York, including Donald Trump, “saw red” and not blue.
On the date of Briggs’ arraignment, no lawyer in New York, including all members of the National Conference of Black Lawyers, would touch Briggs or accompany me to Staten Island. Leola insisted on accompanying me to Staten Island. No one else in New York was willing to risk his or her life or license.
I am on the clock. Out of economic necessity, Sis. Russell has to pay her rent and buy food for her survival. No one, in UAM, is willing to pay for my expenses or compensate Sis. Russell in any way, much less a decent salary. These persons are worse than President Trump who seeks to “Make America Great Again.”.
She has been an invaluable resource in New York and in South Carolina and in Texas. Every business organization should have a paid, corresponding secretary, an accountant and an attorney. I am a business graduate with an emphasis in accounting. I am also a “debarred attorney” in three jurisdictions; namely New York, Georgia and Pennsylvania. No one even pays for my expenses.
NYC residents should be aware of res ipsa loc quitur. “The facts speak for themselves.” Only social parasites would stand by and watch “Mr. Civil Rights in the Courtroom” fall from grace through no fault of his own. This would never happen in an ethical community. All other communities are proud of their legal warriors. Only William Kunstler would routinely “thank me.”
In President Trump’s mind, women, Negroes and Latinos are not only social prey but also “pimps, queens and whores.” They are personal property. Trump knows me personally. Dr. Calvin O. Butts and Dr. C. Vernon Mason refuse to testify about my involuntary encounter with Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau. Why?
Planning for an appearance in the nation’s capital, on January 15, 2018, from Anywhere USA, must start on January 12, 2018. “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” The nation’s capital can be reached by motorcycle, car, bus, train and airplane. If other means of transportation are unavailable, follow my path: hitchhiking to the tune of Marvin Gaye.
Keep The Pressure On!
In Cambridge, Maryland in the 1960’s, Cong. Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. delivered a powerful message: What’s in Your Hands? He urged Blacks to use whatever was in their hands to redress grievances. Today, a telephone and a computer are in our hands.
When I was growing up, the elders would always say: “The squeaky wheel gets the grease.” No one pays any attention to your complaint unless you make some noise. Every day, before I leave any residence, I will always make some noise. Otherwise, I will have betrayed my revered ancestors and elders.
